Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, fronto-temporal area, mid scalp and crown area. The surgery was performed in 1 day. 3156 grafts were implanted in total, 200 single grafts were implanted in the hairline, 1156 grafts in the frontal area and the rest in the midscalp and crown.
