Level of Alopecia: NW III + diffuse thinning in the mid scalp and crown
Norwood: Norwood III
Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal and fronto-temporal area. Due to the age of the patient (30 years old), Finasteride and minoxidil treatment was recommended to stabilise his hair loss and improve miniaturised hair. Patient had to discontinue minoxidil after 4 months of usage. Finasteride treatment is still in use.
