Norwood: Norwood IVa
Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal, fronto-temporal area and bridge to the mid scalp. The surgery was performed in 1 day. 3265 grafts were implanted in total, 450 single grafts were implanted in the hairline, 2250 grafts in the frontal area and the rest in the bridge area.

The patient was not using any medication prior to the surgery.
